NO FUSS DINING!

We serve three traditional fare meals daily in the diningroom of the Main House or a pack lunch may be ordered for any excursions you may have planned.

Breakfast 7:30-9:00 AM
Hot Cereal of the day
Muffin/Coffee Cake of the day
Eggs any style, French toast, Pancakes
Bacon, Sausage, Homefries, Toast
Coffee, Tea, Juice

Dinner 12:30-1:30 PM
Country Style Tomato Soup or Apple Juice
Baked Chicken, Stuffing, Gravy, Mashed Potatoes
Peas and Corn on the Cob
Apple Pie, Lemon Meringue Pie, Bread Pudding or Jello
Ice tea, Ice coffee, Lemonade, Fruit Punch, Milk, Coffee, Tea

Supper 6:00-7:00 PM
Cole Slaw side salad and Choice of:
~Beans, Franks and Brown Bread
~Baked Lasagna with Tomato Sauce
~Chefs Salad with choice of dressing
Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Frosting
Ice tea, Ice coffee, Lemonade, Fruit Punch, Milk, Coffee, Tea

All our breads and pastries are baked fresh daily right here at camp.  We do our best to accommodate special requests but because of the number of people we are serving this is not always possible.  Individuals with special dietary requirements should inquire about their needs in advance.  Vegetarian entrees are limited.

We do not serve alcoholic beverages in our diningroom, but it is acceptable for you to bring your choice of beverage to your meal.
