RATES
We reserve the cottages on a weekly basis only from mid-June to Labor Day. Prior to and following this season we will reserve by the day if space allows.  Reservations for July and August are usually made in March. A deposit is required to secure a cottage and will be applied to the first and last day of your stay.  Minimum rates may apply regardless of occupancy.  Sales tax and the usual gratuities are not included in the following rates.
